
I’m not really much into dancing but I do want to live in a healthy lifestyle considering the type of work I am into which is more like sedentary. It’s for this reason that I keep myself and my family busy joining marathons and adventure trekking. But because it would take some dedicated time to be fit for every run that we partake, it is always a big problem for my fitness.
I do love sports yet I cannot do most of the contact sports out there and dancing zumba is now part of the dance sport contests. The good thing about it is that, it is not only a Latin inspired dance movement that combines fast and slow movements but it is also an effective dance fitness system. It also improves your level of fitness and was said that it burns great amount of calories without leaving you the feeling of being strained.
